I own a John Richard crystal and marble lamp. I emailed info@johnrichard.com to inquire if I could purchase a replacement finial and included photos of the lamp and finial. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply. Quite disappointed.

The bracelet I ordered was far too small to fit on any adult wrist. Very disappointed

I have not received my order! Money has been taken out of my account and nothing has been delivered.I have tried to contact the company on the provided number and no one answers. How on earth can i offer a good review given these circumstances.If I do not recieve the order I shall seek recompense via my bank. I also sent an email asking about a product that I wanted to purchase with its product number and received nothing back.Such a shame as I do like your products but I will not be ordering online ever again!

The bracelet I ordered had a half broken strap. I contacted customer service but did not help me. I am unable to give it back as i no longer have the receipt or tag!

The items description was rose gold diamanté when it arrived it was silver in colour and not s rose golf colour, I left an answerphone message with my details to try and verify if it was a wrong item packed or an incorrect description and I am still waiting for a call back.

Loved the look of the earings i brought. Unfortunatly when i opened them and took the back off to put the earin in, the whole thing fell apart, so there is no way i can wear them now.

My purchases never arrived instead I got an email a number of weeks after ordering to say my order status had updated to a refund-I was so upset as I was ordering jewellery for my bridesmaids that I cannot find anywhere else!

Waiting 10 days for my order even thought the delivery time period is 2-5 days , ordered 5 necklaces only received 1 . But yet the despatch note says quantity 5 .. Will be calling the company tomorrow

The earrings that have been delivered are different colours, they are supposed to be rose gold and they are quite disappointing. I have many Jon Richards earrings but these are the first I have bought online. Not good.

The jewellery was not what I was expecting and extremely poorly presented. I will be returning it, but even that is made difficult by there being no returns info on the receipt. I will not be purchasing from Jon Richards again.

I received my necklace only to discover there was a stone missing. I contacted Customer service by Email but got no reply. This is the first problem I have had and have made many purchases so was disappointed.
