“Two bracelets were received promptly. One is lovely but other was not as expected. I ordered two Stirling silver bracelets but the incorrect item was gold. I have returned this and await a replacement or refund.”

“I bought the set: necklace, bracelet and earrings for my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful and delivered on great time. Only reason not 5 star, is the fact the pin on the earrings are not sturdy and bend. This didn’t effect the look of the earrings from the front.”

“I bought jewellery and was charged £3.58 VAT, as I live in Jersey we do not pay UK VAT. I emailed your customer services and they sent me an email on 20th May stating it would take 4 days to check it out and they would get back to me, but no one has.”
