“Just want to say Thankyou to the concession manager Gabriella at lakeside, 48 hours until my wedding and my jewellery from another company was broken and she took time out and helped me find the perfect set!!’ I was so stressed and rushed off my feet and she made me feel so much better and relaxed! She was serving on her own but still made sure everyone else was ok!”

“Really lovely necklaces. Great quality and really comfortable to wear. Very realistic to photo on line as well so definitely not disappointed on arrival. As one chain was reasonable expensive (not for quality) just as a purchase would have been nice to receive a small bag to protect when travelling for business or holidays. But otherwise extremely satified”

“Love the pieces I’ve bought had to return one broken item, the lady at customer service was extremely helpful and I received my refund. My only problem was the last piece I bought although lovely. You couldn’t provide an extender small enough to fit it. Your staff are always friendly and helpful and deliveries prompt. Thank you.”
