“I was very disappointed the necklace was so thin I paid £20 in sale supposed to be £40 I can’t see that + supposed to have a gift box and it didn’t.”

“Ordered 3 items and only received two . Delivery was the 1st Dec. I emailed them immediately to advise the ring is missing and ask when I can expect it. I have had no response. Very poor service.”

“I ordered three brooches for my wife, one for her birthday and two for Christmas. They arrived safe and sound and on time. My wife loves the brooch I gave her for her birthday and I'll be ordering another for her for Christmas. The service was great! Thanks very much.”

“I bought a silver necklace for a friend for her birthday. The necklace itself is lovely but it came in a plastic bag. There was no box which makes it look cheap. I still haven't given it to her as I've not been able to buy a gift box as I live in a rural area.”

“Jewellery is lovely, however the way they were packaged was very disappointing. As ordered as my bridal jewellery, it didn't even come in a jewellery box. Just came in a small bubble wrap bag”
