Ordered my item the first time in the sale. Then had to email to ask where it was, got an email back to say payment hadn’t gone through. That was too late. Customer service said they sent an email out the next day to say it hadn’t gone through. I didn’t receive that email. I bought them normal price. at the end. Poor customer service. Will never order again from this company

You create beautiful and stunning jewellery ! Which I absolutely love. I've been buying your jewellery for many years now and I'm continuing doing so. It's just a pity you didn't have the blue earrings 'SIMPLY SILVER STERLING SILVER SQUARE HALO EARRINGS IN BLUE! ' not in store anymore when I asked about them in October. Is it possible to produce them again ? After all they must have been very popular because they were out of stock. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas and a happy new year. Hyatt Maryan

Ordered my goods arrived on time brought a ring and earings neckless bracelet set the ring was made of poor quality as two of the arms which hold the blue stone in have snapped the ring is now useless I will not be buying again from jonrichard I would return the ring for a replacement but due to the trouble of returning it etc is more then my time is worth very unhappy ☹️ David Bailey

Due to a technical issue the multiple size option is not available on the website for this particular ring. We are in the process of correcting this. However we do have other sizes available, a member of our customer services team will be in touch to help you get the ring in the right size.

Wrong product delivered. Company never responded to my email asking how to proceed. Lovely jewellery but appalling customer service. Will not be purchasing again.

The item arrived damaged, there was a stone missing which was not even in the package and a part was also broken off, the item arrived with a bit of bubble wrap inside a plastic bag, no wonder it arrived damaged. But then with the missing stone not being in the package I guess they just sent it this way, I send photos of the damage and was asked to return via a pre paid postage label which she said was attached to email but it wasn't so I have to email twice again asking for the label, never again.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order as half of the jewels fell out of the hair clip!!!! I am in the process of returning and getting a full refund. Really disappointed.

Extremely beautiful set of earrings but the locking system as engineered as it looks, it was the down fall ... I lost one the very first day I wore them!

If the item is faulty and the locking system is not satisfactory - please return the item to us and we will be happy to send you a replacement pair. I ordered a hair clip for a wedding direct from Jon Richard website after not being able to buy it on another site. My order went through, but the next day I got a refund - no notification then, or since, as to why. Can only assume this item is not actually available, despite being shown on several sites I visited.

The wrong colour hair piece was sent (I received rose gold instead of gold). I needed it for my wedding and was unable to wear on the day. Incredibly disappointing
