“I had the best experience with Jon Richard. The initial items I received were beautiful, however one of my necklaces were missing from the order. I contacted customer services my email who came straight back to me and had it posted to me that day. Excellent quality, excellent customer service and would highly recommend ordering from them.”

“I was looking for a specific colour jewellery set to match an outfit I have for a wedding. And this site came up when searching in google. “Lovely bracelet however was disappointed with packaging. It was a gift and I had to purchase additional packaging elsewhere as it only game in a plastic pocket bag. I could not find gift boxes to purchase separately on the website. Think all jewlery should have the option to be gift wrapped.”
