Both the necklace and bracellet have cheep clasps which are extreamly challengeing to open and close.

Bought for a bride to wear in her wedding day Bracelet is beautiful but small Disappointed in the packaging - or lack of - didn’t come in a box or even any tissue paper

Beautiful jewellery. Poor customer service. I purchased a necklace as well as earrings and bracelet for a present. The necklace should have been £100 but purchased at £80. The gift box was too small and fell apart on opening. I did email over a week ago and to date have received no response.

Lovely set looks more expensive than this the only issue is the clasp on the necklace it’s very very hard to do up as the little catch to open the end fixing is very very small not easy to do up at all

On arrival I was really happy with what I recieved I ordered a pair of earrings for myself and a earring and necklace set for a friend's birthday. I've been wearing the earrings for a week leaving them in as they are sterling silver. However I took them out yesterday and they are rusty which is really sad and only noticed this taking them out so if I have left them in this could of been a infection waiting to happen. So I'm now wondering if they are Sterling silver as I've never ever had issues like that before . Bit disappointed :( I'm now also concerned about the one I gifted to a friend

There was no communication to acknowledge receipt of my returned item. The only reason I knew it had been refunded was by checking on my credit card account . A short email to acknowledge the refund would have been appreciated.

Very nice item, as described, shame it's arrived broken, looks like was broken, when been put in the bag! I returned the item and hope for the replacement in good condition!

Item nicely packaged reasonably priced but very disappointed at size. Much smaller than I thought. Thought about returning but it was a gift for a friend abroad.

The jewellery itself was lovely and reasonably priced but I left a question on their contact form asking which jewellery box (jewellery didn't come with one so I had to purchase one separately) would best fit my item as it was a gift, and no one bothered getting back to me.

service wasn't the worst but wasn't GOOD either unfortunately. could be a one off, I have no idea. bought a necklace/earring set for christmas gift - 1. it got delivered to completely the wrong address, so maybe Jon Richard could ensure tracked postage instead? to avoid these issues. & 2. it was completely the wrong set they sent. 3. it took them OVER a week, to reply to two emails I sent to there customer service email about the issue. no auto response email to let me know they'd received anything or how long it would take them to get back to me. all in all, a bit of a mess about if I'm honest. could be because it's christmas but... still not a great, functional service. disappointed.

When I went to wrap Up the bracelet I ordered it was not in the box I sent an email as could not find a phone number and 2 days have passed with no reply from them. Therefore please check your orders and don’t expect a reply from them. Poor customer service.

I was disappointed with the quality as they look like something I could have bought in Claires Accessories. As the tamper seal was over the front of the earrings, I couldn't look at them through the packaging so I had to break it. It's a shame. They looked lovely on the picture.

I was very disappointed the necklace was so thin I paid £20 in sale supposed to be £40 I can’t see that + supposed to have a gift box and it didn’t.
