Ordered a necklace for my daughter’s 16th received a refund in the bank and an email to say that my item had been refunded but with no communication as to why this has happened very disappointed in this company.

Arrived broken contacted customer service straight away to advise don’t have access to a printer to do a return label and I’m still waiting for a reply / refund over a week ago

Purchased bracelet fault on edges of the top of the bracelet as explained on returns form ... received refund receipt by email £22.95 BUT only received into my credit card online account only £18 for item only & delivery charge £4.95 NOT refunded, despite a few emails no response yet !!! Been ~ 3 weeks now and was wishing to purchase a different item but not doing so until above delivery refund of £4.95 actioned !!!

Unfortunately, I still have to receive my items. I placed the order on 3rd September, payment was taken 7th September, I emailed 23rd September for update and again on 27th September, no reply from either email. Will be requesting refund at this stagevi think.

Plus de trois heures d’attente pour faire le Check in, plus de 100 personnes en attentent aucune offre de compensation offre rien à manger , jamais rien vu de pareil, personnels, non professionnel surtout Amanda à la réception impolie et désagréable, je demande un remboursement complet (9 septembre 2024) arrivée 7h30 22h31 pas encore eu une chambre qui est déjà réservé avec numéro de confirmation,

I placed my first order. Receiving a small discount for doing so. My credit card was charged. I waited. I had an email telling me my order had been processed. I waited. No further communication from Jon Richard. Later my credit card was refunded. No goods arrived yet the item was still being offered for sale on their website. Pretty awful lack of service/ delivery. Won’t bother using them again.

Bought some sterling silver heart hoop earrings to take on holiday. I tried them on for the first time and one broke. A waste of £28 …too flimsy . Will be sending back once home from the trip
