“I bought these earrings for a friend who's dogs I look after twice a week. They are a Xmas present so I won't know if she likes them till she opens them. I love them so I'm sure she will too.”

“Earrings came and disappointed as very big looking compared to what they looked in picture, would never wear them unless fancy dress or something , felt bit of waste of money to be honest”

“Beautiful jewellery, but both my refunds were short, and I have contacted them twice and they haven't replied at all. No jewellery in the world can make up for ignoring your customers. Sorry!”

“INCREDIBLE! So dainty and magical, and perfect for everyday. They look much better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend. But the gift box isn’t the best.”

“I have always loved Jon RIchard jewellery. I used to buy from Debenhams, even all my wedding jewellery. This was my first time ordering direct via the Jon Richard site. I ordered three items, a mirror which was fine. A necklace to give as a gift and a bangle also as a gift. The items were in the sale but even so the necklace was in a small plastic bag and was so tangled up it was impossible to untangle without breaking it so I sent it back. The bangle was silver coloured with crystals and looked lovely on the website but what arrived would hardly have fitted a child. It was almost like a baby bracelet ... but with a clip and crystals! I sent that back as well. Pity, it was just very disappointing.”
