The jewellery ok but wasn’t impressed that they came in little bags and not in a nice box I’ve had to purchase a gift box as it a present

The necklace it's self is not bad but the box fell apart after opening and closing it only twice. I was expecting better quality but I have worn the necklace several times and do like it .

Delivery arrived in good time but product was much lower quality than anticipated. Called and spoke to someone who talked me through the returns. Easily sorted and refund arrived equally as fast. Although I didn't love the product, dealing with this company was super easy

The earings I received are alot smaller than what picture looks like and don't look as good quality they are still pretty but just don't look like the picture

I ordered a gift box set with a necklace bracelet and earrings. The necklace and earrings were fine but the bracelet broke on it’s within a few days of wearing it.

5 stars for my purchase of 2 Lipsy bracelets for my niece but only a 3-star overall rating for JonRichard.com as a result of extortionate postage charges to NI - £5.95 for a little package which probably only weighed a couple hundred grams at most. My niece loved the bracelets.

They’re beautiful earrings but they’re not rose gold which a ordered. They were gold, so this was disappointing as I wanted them to go with a JonRichard rose gold bracelet that my husband bought me. Gift box which I also purchased was dinted on arrival. I haven’t returned because it was a faff on. But yes over all disappointing.

The earings are nice and more beautiful than pictures, so I will see the quality of them with time. But the fastening is detached (metal and plastic detached) just to let you know for more attention to give us a best quality as you can and be aware of that. Thank you

The earrings were absolutely lovely but the packaging was poor, hence only 3 stars. They were delivered in a small plastic bag covered with bubblewrap and a flat cardboard box. For the cost of the earrings which were a gift, I expected at the very least, a small fabric drawstring pouch.

Quite nice, very small initial but OK for the price. Disappointing that it came in bubble wrap only. No gift box, which is a bit tight.

Hi shoppers the jewellery I opened was excellent and as expected HOWEVER I had ordered several pairs of earrings for choice, but each item was packaged in bubble wrap inside a tiny plastic bag which obscured it and it's not returnable if the bag seal was broken, so overall a bit disappointing as I could not look at the pieces . The return system could be more easy on the Web sight aswell.

I thought this bracelet was very pretty in the picture but it wasn't as nice in the flesh. It was also too small for the person I had bought it for. Sadly I had to send it back and find another gift to give my friend
