I bought a pearl set from Jon Richard, for my mother to give to my daughter in law for Christmas. Ordered on 9th December, email to say dispatched on 15th December but it hasn't arrived. Family embarrassed. No phone number to contact Jon Richard. Three emails sent and still no reply. No package tracking number. Won't use them again.

I never received the order which they claim was despatched on the 7 December and my email has not received a reply. No telephone number on the website to speak to anyone. This was a gift and it’s very disappointing.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my recent order. I had placed an order for gifts intended for my triplet sisters, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Not only did the shipping take much longer than expected, but to my dismay, the items never arrived. Instead, I received a refund without any explanation or communication about the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am genuinely fuming about the entire experience. I had high expectations for the gifts, especially given the significance for my sisters, and the lack of information and resolution has left me extremely dissatisfied. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide an explanation for the inconvenience caused. your customer service ignored me aswell when i raised this issue .

Very slow delivery and when arrived one of the items was missing, with no communication as to whether it was out of stock / coming later / would be refunded. Previously sent an email asking for an update as slow delivery, but never received a reply.

A week after I placed my order I received another email to say my order has been dispatched. After a week I still didn't have my order so I emailed Jon Richard to enquire but I got no response so emailed again but still no response. It's impossible to spk to anyone at Jon Richard as they don't give out a telephone number. I then received an email to say my refund is on the way even though I didn't request one as I was still hoping my order would arrive. I've just received another email inviting me to leave a review and in this email Jon Richard hopes that I'm happy with my order and the service??? I wouldn't use this company again as their customer service seems to be non existent, and reading other reviews it seems it's common place. Please shop else where.

Ordered some earrings online. Got an email a few days later to say my purchase had been refunded. I replied and asked why. I didn’t elbear anything. Money however was returned.

Do not buy from this company they are not a good company they take your money and don't deliver your goods they ignore your emails and messages read reviews before you buy.

I have ordered my item over 3 weeks ago. Still have not received it. Have emailed customer service twice with no reply. Wouldn't recommend this company based on current service.

No communication received about my order and then when it arrived I’d been sent the wrong items. Again, no response received when I emailed them (twice), asking for assistance. I returned the goods for a refund, a shame as I had been looking forward to receiving my correct order. Won’t use this company again, way too unprofessional and unreliable.

My issue is with delivery. I paid extra for express delivery as we were going on holiday. The parcel was promiised for 28th November and had still not arrived when we left for our holiday on the 30th. Apparently when it did arrive it was left on top of the dustbin and a neighbour saw it and took it in for me. Why was it not delivered when pomised?

Terrible service - It's possible that this is not a genuine company/website. I ordered a heart locket which is heavily advertised as a product to personalise with an engraving. The photos on the website indicate the fonts available etc. Nowhere on the site, or during the ordering process, does it give the option to engrave. I asked customer services prior to ordering and received no response. I then asked after ordering, giving my specific order number but again received no response. The next day I receive a refund from Jon Richards (which will take 5-7 days to process) with no explanation as to why my order could not be fulfilled.
