“We ordered a ring set but ordered the wrong size. I texted them to find out the procedure for a return of the items for a size larger. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and as yet, no answer. Other than that, the product was nice and it arrived quickly. Shame about after sales.”

“I ordered a two tone necklace and bracelet to match. When I received them I was extremely disappointed. They looked nothing like in the pictures. They looked cheap and the gold was so faded I had a hard time making it out to be gold! I returned them via Hermes parcel drip off almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything back from Jon Richards.”

“The earrings are good quality and I like them but they are far bigger than I thought they'd be. I was hoping for every day earrings but they are definitely going out earrings. It would help if the earrings were on a model to get an idea of size.”
