“I ordered Jon Richard Rose Gold Plated And Lavender Stone Toggle Bracelet, and when I opened the box, one of the lavender stone already fell off, so I had to glue it. Not very happy with this.”

“Unfortunately, I still have to receive my items. I placed the order on 3rd September, payment was taken 7th September, I emailed 23rd September for update and again on 27th September, no reply from either email. Will be requesting refund at this stagevi think.”

“Choosing was the only difficult part. Ordering was easy and postage was very quick, just three days after ordering. Very pleased with the quality and price. Unfortunately the items did not suit, so had to return them, but that was very easy aswell. Would recommend”
