“So disappointed. Beautiful jewellery but broke on first day. Emailed customer service and was delighted to receive replacement. Again this also broke…clasp isn’t strong enough. Such a shame!!”

“I have been buying Jon Richard Sterling Silver jewellery for many years - hitherto via Debenhams. Since that closure I have bought directly from Jon Richard and have been very impressed with their customer service. There was an error in my last orcer where I received the wrong pair of earrings. When I told them this they immediately sent the correct earrings and told me to keep the others with their compliments. That service is worth a lot and I will coantinue to buy from this company.”

“Pearl pendants intended for gifts for my bridesmaids arrived shoved in plastic bags - unprotected, scratched and gouged by the chain they were on. Such lazy, careless packaging is unforgivable considering they were sent in the same envelope as the gift boxes I’d ordered to that would have protected them. When I complained I was told any replacement would be sent in the same careless packaging due to ‘costs’. I’d expect a professional jeweller to know how to protect pearls in transit and spend five seconds wrapping it in tissue paper or actually putting it in the gift boxes that the customer orders, but the company doesn’t care. Unless you want to give or receive damaged goods, steer clear.”
