Lovely bracelet but too small. Please make in 2 sizes for those of us with larger wrists. I am sure I would not be alone in this ides?

Great value for money. Ordered two bracelets and they were quite decent overall. However, one of them did not have its pearl so it was a bit disappointing… also, they did not arrive in the nice boxes as it was on the photo but just in a plastic see through wrapper … so not great if you are buying them for a present (as I did!).

This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any vendor! Ordered a tiara for an event, paid for express delivery to receive the item in 1-2 days. The item arrived after about 12 or 14 days! After the event I needed it for! Sent several emails to customer service to enquire about my order, no response! Sent several emails to cancel my order after the event had passed, no respond! I’m not only disappointed but extremely unhappy and disgusted with my experience with Jon Richard!

Cancelled and refunded me without any explanation a week after purchasing. I looked on there website and the item was still for sale but at a higher price??? So can't of been out of stock! It was a present for someone so left me with 3 days to try and get something else with no days off work to go out and get something else! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Placed an order for a Xmas gift, waited 9 days on the order status changing, had to email myself, got a reply stating it was dispatched that day..... 3 hours later another email saying order was refunded. Very poor communication.

I always buy my clip on earings from Jon Richard. The size is perfect, not too big and they are comfortable. Hope the 3 tone clip earings come back soon.
