“Stunningly beautiful - greatly admired. Slight hitch with courier in manic Black Friday deliveries but tip top prompt customer service from Jon Richard to swiftly rectify. I will be back and friends too -everyone wanting to know where I bought the most twinkling Christmas tree brooch ever.”

“Ordered my item the first time in the sale. Then had to email to ask where it was, got an email back to say payment hadn’t gone through. That was too late. Customer service said they sent an email out the next day to say it hadn’t gone through. I didn’t receive that email. I bought them normal price. at the end. Poor customer service. Will never order again from this company”

“You create beautiful and stunning jewellery ! Which I absolutely love. I've been buying your jewellery for many years now and I'm continuing doing so. It's just a pity you didn't have the blue earrings 'SIMPLY SILVER STERLING SILVER SQUARE HALO EARRINGS IN BLUE! ' not in store anymore when I asked about them in October.
