Very pretty but so much smaller than I imagined

Happy with the jewellery however you let yourself down with the packaging. When I received the set it was all bundled up in the corner or the box, the boxes you use to display the items are not nice they don't sell your company well at all and for something I am gifting to my daughter I am disappointed in the presentation quality.

Disappointed with earrings I bought they were much bigger than expected.but the bracelet I bought was lovely.

Had to return two pieces of the jewellery as the earrings were faulty and the bracelet kept dropping off. Quite disappointed.

Ordered bracelet on express delivery and it was broken on opening. Contacted Customer Services who would have sent out replacement only bracelet was now out of stock. By the time this info was received it was too late to choose a substitute. I purchased from a competitor in time for Christmas. I received a refund and the broken bracelet will be posted shortly.

Lovely necklace, great quality and presentable box BUT I wouldn't order again from Jon Richard because the delivery was very slow (over a week) and I didn't receive a dispatch email so I had to go through the hassle of contacting them to chase it all up.

It's a very pretty brooch which I originally purchased a couple of years ago at Debenhams and thought I would buy one for my grandmother. However it arrived and looked very dull and as though it had been stored somewhere very cold and damp. Polished it up and it looks ok. But I won't be ordering from Jon Richard again. It should have arrived gleaming and a pleasure to open at £20 for a Christmas brooch.

Earrings came and disappointed as very big looking compared to what they looked in picture, would never wear them unless fancy dress or something , felt bit of waste of money to be honest

I ordered a number of items. I was very disappointed with the quality of the items as they were very flimsy so I ended up returning them all.

Nice enough bracelet but a bit large so risk of catching it on things and charms a bit smaller than they looked in picture

Not impressed with sizing. Some bracelets are tiny and others are normal adult wrist size. The small ones look the same size in the pictures but should be marketed as childrens. Also, i purchased a notecard and whoever typed it out, got 2 spellings wrong. Not impressed at all.
