I placed an order for some earrings and paid via PayPal. A few days later, I received an email from Jon Richard and then PayPal, stating that the order was being refunded. There was no explanation for the refund. I could not find a telephone number for Jon Richard on their website. There was, however, a working phone number for Jon Richard on the PayPal refund email. I called this and found a voice message, which had obviously been set during the Covid-19 lockdown period, directing callers to their customer service email address. I contacted Jon Richard via this email address and received a reply several days later to advise that the item was now out of stock.

My order was cancelled because there was no stock. I wasn’t told this. I received a refund email after I contacted customer services to chase delivery, so I can’t write a review for a product I didn’t receive. Due to lack of communication I probably will not place any further orders.

Disappointed to say the least. The products are great never had an issue but the website itself needs some work!! I had received my confirmation and was told my product was on my way to me - just on time for a special occasion! To then find out the day before my items still had not arrived. Stressed, I contact customer service. Props to them as they were fast enough to respond letting me know where my items were. However I was informed that the payment had not been processed and therefore the items weren’t coming to me…. So where was my email to say the items weren’t coming???? I could have placed a second order in good time had I known. To top it all off, I’ve been asked to review the products I supposedly “received”…. Some debugging would be greatttt next time. Likely will not buy products directly from this site again.

I recieved 3 purchases.Couldnt see them in package,for paper .Note on package,if opened cant return.Have to open.So once ive opened stuck with them.Despite comments on facebook,and e mailing no response.I bought lots from jon richards in Debenhams over the years.Wont buy from website again.Feel this is a way of making you keep purchases.

Received an empty box with a delivery note saying the jewellery was to be refunded. No email, no update. I almost gifted someone an empty box because of your lack of professional customer service. Absolutely disappointed as there's now no time left to get another present.

I bought an earring 5 weeks ago and I have not received it and my money has not been returned. The site has no number to contact them. Its such a shame I didn't read the review before purchasing this item. I would need my money to be returned ASAP.

I bought a sterling silver pendant necklace. It arrived very quickly and the small cubic zirconia pendant looked fine, but the chain seemed very thin. I bought it to wear at a wedding in Australia, so packed it. When I went to put it on, the clasp immediately came away from the chain so I never got to wear it at all. I should have gone to Primark or Claire's Accessories, would have been better quality.

We’ll I’d review if I’d been a customer in the full sense of the word. Ordered and paid for a silver bracelet , purchase was confirmed and then within a few hours got a message I was to receive a refund. My complaint is that at no time did I recieve a message to apologise for the inconvenience.. not a sorry in sight !! Poor customer service and no bracelet!!!

Deeply disappointed with these earrings. The website photo makes them look fairly substantial but in reality they are absolutely tiny. Won't buy from here again.
