Poorly made earring that fell apart when taken out of the packaging

The earrings were badly made, when I took them out of the packaging to wear, the hoop attached to one of the earrings came off. As I was wearing them on the day that I took them out of the packaging, I did not have chance to send them back.

I ordered a bridal comb when it arrived it looked lovely but then I tried it on and had a piece of wire stick into my head and the comb broke in to two pieces very poorly made. Comb has been sent back and I'm currently waiting on a replacement one hoping its been made better than the last!

I was very disappointed when I received the heart bangle as it was not at all what I expected. The bangle was not the quality I was expecting.

Wouldn't buy online again, in the pictures, the colour looked great, big disappointment when they arrived, nothing like the colour, sorry

Very good products however very unhappy with the packaging. Made the products look very cheap and offered no protection for the jewellery! Contacted customer services, very poor response from them also. Would hesitate to buy again!

The bracelet and earrings ordered are beautiful, but unfortunatley I recieved them, both with an unattached stone, which cost me another 10eur to fix. I expected better products for this kind of prices.

I am sorry to say that I bought this brooch to replace one which was bought for me as a Christmas present. The original brooch broke after being worn 3 times. The store refused to replace it without a receipt. Hovever I liked the brooch so much that I bought another.

Ordered a silver ring and received the item in rose gold not happy, as the ring wasn't very expensive have kept it as a present, really want it in silver but has totally put me off ordering from yourselves again

I ordered the pearl and pave double bangle set in the sale along with other items when i received the bangles which i had ordered for a friends birthday they were both paves i emailed to ask sumone to get in touch with me but heard nothing i also rang and left a message and my phone number but again no reply so i was quite disappointed with after sale

Two weeks on still waiting for delivery, it was despatched the same day and when I try to call and speak with a person there is a recorded message saying no one available.

Not very impressed that the day after my order arrived I received an email saying that there was now 70% off almost everything I had bought. It's really so annoying as I spent £40

Was sent a empty box with no item in it so had to ring to get another sent, then brought another item and it didn't even come in a box, just a plastic bag, very disappointment all items should come in a box as likelyhood item will be a present. Now I need to a box.

I ordered some earrings for my wedding which is on Saturday. I ordered them last Thursday night & paid for next day delivery. They hadn't arrived by Tuesday so I rang customer services & they told me they had refunded my money because the item was out of stock. I hadn't received an Email to let me know this so I was disappointed especially when I was waiting for the earrings to arrive.

Ordered two bracelets, one came perfectly as described whereas the other came broken. Clearly was packaged as so because the bracelet could not have broken due to packaging and delivery. Very dissapointed.

I recieved my order quite promptly but unfortunately the ring I ordered was not the ring I received, even though the despatch note listed the correct ring. It was akso the wrong size of ring so would have been no good to me anyway even if it had beenn the right one.

What was delivered was totally different to what was on show at the nec. The quality looks cheap and tacky very plasticky looking like it was from a 99p shop

I felt that the earings that were part of the set were poor quality and flimsy. It seemed like it was used also some of the silver was flaking off which meant I couldn't give it as a gift. The diamond hoop earings broke the first time i put it on. I did like the look of them and delivery was good and the updated were great. Unfortunately the quality let it down.
