Order put in for 3 items 1 delivered the other 2 where out of stock only found this out when 1 item was delivered and received refund for the other 2 why let me order when no stock

Paid over £80 and the box broke what an embarrassment. Looked like a cheap gift!

Very poor the links were smaller than I expected For a £40/50 bracelet the packaging was very poor bubble wrap packet and then posted in a plain brown box.

You can purchase one separately here - https://www.jonrichard.com/gifts-c24/gift-box-c170 All jewellery will however be in protective packaging to keep it safe from harm. Will never order from here again. Bought some clip on earrings and they came broken & completley bust so could never wear them. No customer service to get in touch with either

I ordered a bracelet and the 6 days later I received an email confirming a refund with out any other correspondence at all extremely poor customer service would never order from these again

Received 3 necklaces that were gifts for bridesmaids. They were in plastic bags snd all tangled up! No jewellrey box with them so wouldn’t purchase if you want as a gift.

Awful service! Ordered earrings which were bent on arrival since packed in a bag with a bit of bubble wrap. Common sense would be to put in box! To add, emailed for advice and sent a couple of pics and nearly week later still no response! Sent back and now waiting to see if they will refund me in a timely manner at least but not hopeful!
