“I used to purchase Jon Richard items from my local Debenhams and they were always of good quality. Unfortunately Debenhams closed down but then a concession opened within the next store on a retail park. It far from where I live. I nipped in recently and saw a numbers of items which I wanted to purchase. The Jon Richard assistant was really helpful. I chose the items I wanted to buy and presented my blue light card. The assistant asked the NEXT manager if blue light could be applied as she hadn’t been asked this before. The NEXT manager was quite abrupt stating ‘ no we are a concession’. I took my phone out in the shop logged onto the job Richard website and selected all the items to purchase (even added something additional). I qualified for free delivery and items were shipped to my home within a couple of days. The quality of the items is fantastic. I will definitely be making further purchases online rather than in store. It’s a shame as the JR member of staff was really helpful.”

“I recently bought the "Simply Silver Sterling Silver 925 Labradorite Ring". This is a well made ring with a high set stone. While simple in design and understated it is nonetheless an attractive and sophisticated ring and I'm very pleased that I bought it. An added bonus was that it was half price! Delivery was very swift; I placed my order late on a Thursday night and the ring arrived on Monday. T”
