“The first item arrived slightly damaged. I rang the service dept. Not only did they replace the item straightaway, they sent me a return label by email after delivery of my replacement. They accidentally refunded the price of the necklace and when I rang them to query this, they told me that it was their mistake and that I could keep both the necklace and the refund as a gesture of good will and an early Christmas gift from Jon Richard. Thank you Jon Richard, I am very impressed with the necklace, which my wife loves and I am also very impressed with your service department and the company's generosity, it's range of merchandise and we will shop again with you. Thank you Jon Richard.”
