“Although the bracelet was very pretty I was so disappointed in the presentation, this was a special present and certainly wasn’t cheap and just arrived in a pouch and bubble wrap, no box, no description of the stones, a big let down sadly!”

“Purchased bracelet fault on edges of the top of the bracelet as explained on returns form ... received refund receipt by email £22.95 BUT only received into my credit card online account only £18 for item only & delivery charge £4.95 NOT refunded, despite a few emails no response yet !!! Been ~ 3 weeks now and was wishing to purchase a different item but not doing so until above delivery refund of £4.95 actioned !!!”

“Most products are excellent quality and good value for money. Some of them though do not appear to be close to the description and lack quality which is very sad. Jon Richard products are usually synonymous with good quality products therefore the brand should ensure quality doesn't fall behind the expectations”
