“Good quality affordable jewellery. I have bought lots of small items and always been happy with the quality. However with my most recent purchase the green velvet boxes for both the earrings and necklace were broken which is a shame as they were meant for gifts. Only reason I’ve dropped a star.”

“Lovely earrings at a great price. The solid silver ones are nice and chunky and the gold plated ones great quality. Only issue is fastenings a little fiddly and I hope they last. Easy to order and quick and reliable delivery”

“Bought some sterling silver heart hoop earrings to take on holiday. I tried them on for the first time and one broke. A waste of £28 …too flimsy . Will be sending back once home from the trip”

“I had the best experience with Jon Richard. The initial items I received were beautiful, however one of my necklaces were missing from the order. I contacted customer services my email who came straight back to me and had it posted to me that day. Excellent quality, excellent customer service and would highly recommend ordering from them.”
