“Purchase arrived without the gift box. I send an email (by replying to email from JonRichard) asking to rectify, only to find out the following day, that that email was a 'no reply' email, so they never received it. By that time the birthday has arrived and gift box would have been late anyway.”

“I recently bought a gift set for my mother in law for Mother’s Day and she loved it 😊 It was easy to order, checkout was quick as was the delivery of the item. The only negative is that when the necklace/earring set arrived they were a lot smaller than how they looked on the website.”
