“Hi there, last year was one of the most difficult years in my life, my credit was bad, I mean I had a low score of about 591. “Paid a small fortune for wedding jewellery for myself and my bridesmaids. When they arrived they were packaged badly, one of the earrings was broken and one of the blue jewellery boxes was absolutely filthy with a shoe print on it! I would NEVER order from here or recommend Jon Richard to anyone! I was absolutely appalled! I have left reviews for every business, shop etc that I used for my wedding and sadly this is the only negative review I have had to leave. I also ordered some jewellery for my MIL from ‘not on the high street’, I would definitely recommend! Packaged securely!”

“Did not receive my item, got an e mail thanking me for my return. Sent customer services and e mail asking how I could return and item I haven't received Nd they advised they were unable to fulfil my order. If you don't have the stock then don't advertise it.. simple”

“Really disappointed with the quality! I bought some jewellery for my wedding however when i came to wear the earrings the stone had fallen out of one stud and i hadn't even opened the packet and the hair clips had also snapped and hadn't even been worn, my bridesmaids jewellery from etsy was better quality!”
