“The two main people we dealt with, Nahid and Ritza, apologies if I have spelt your names incorrectly. They were excellent as I suspect were all the support staff, those two were intuitive almost to the point of calling us, just before we were going to call. We were kept informed every step of the wY. Many thanks”

“My wife and I recently completed a purchase on a one-bed flat in Muswell Hill, with Matthew from John Charcol as our mortgage broker. Both my wife and I are self-employed with various sources of income as well as a varied history of yearly income, and so when we decided we’d try and buy a property, we discovered things were very tricky when it came to getting a mortgage - we had been rather naive and didn’t really know what needed doing. Matthew was recommended to us by a friend who had also bought a property with his help. From the first time we called Matthew asking his opinion on what we could buy, and what we’d need to do, he was extremely helpful, knowledgable and easy to talk to - letting us know where we stood and what could and could not do, and patient with our questions. Armed with the knowledge required, and solid advice on how to improve our credit rating, we set our target, and a year later we found the flat we wanted to buy. We got back in touch with Matthew who then took us through the various stages of what we’d need (letters from HMRC, company returns etc) and liaised with our accountants to make sure everything was in order. After a meeting to guide us through the rest, Matthew found and arranged the ideal mortgage for us both. Throughout the process Matthew was always quick to respond and gave good, clear advice. We always knew where we stood. Highly recommended.”

“Impeccable service, at every step of the way, from Sener, during a long and arduous search for our home. Buying a house is obviously a chaotic process, but the one thing we never had to worry about, was our mortgage application with John Charcol. A planned purchase would collapse, and we'd take a step back for a few months, but within minutes of finding another prospective home, Sener would have everything updated and ready to go again. He was unfailingly cheerful, swift and efficient...no matter how many times we hit the stop/start button, and even when we ended up going to sealed bids, he quickly obtained an improved offer that carried us over the line. Cannot thank him enough, and we can't stop recommending John Charcol to friends and colleagues. Best of all, our loan was far more competitive than anything we would likely have found without a broker.”

“Hailey Kow is a superb mortgage broker. I’ve had good experiences with John Charcol in the past, but Hailey Kow met those expectations and surpassed them by a mile. Ours was a particularly tricky and prolonged case and Hailey saves the day, probably making the difference between securing our dream house and having to go back to square one. “Greetings, I was looking for re-mortgage and reviewed a variety of Mortgage Advisors and after serious deliberation I finally decide to use John Charcol, in specific this review is for Mr Randeep Sodhi. I was faced with a dilemma with a very narrow time frame to complete my re-mortgage but I extremely impressed that Randeep managed to pull this off. As I have used your services before, being "Randeep" and must state for the record I don't regret my decision the slightest even looking back the professionalism and level of service I had received has been exemplarily to the highest standard and that's is putting it mildly! John Charcol are lucky to an employee like him, as I would not goto anyone else...!! If all Mortgage Advisors followed your work ethic, customer care, update every step of the way, honest advise, focused, mindful, meticulous approach in catering to my needs, start to finish reassuring me everything is in hand, offering all options available to suit range of products available so I could make an informed decision without any pressure, with sheer determination the whole process and transition of completion of my re-mortgage was let just say " Smooth sailing". Your heard in the industry getting a mortgage/re-mortgaging/financing can be such a headache but to be totally honest ' a walk in the park' ... but this was down to Randeep. I hope John Charcol he is rewarded in some way as this chap is very special... A keeper!! Well done again Randeep you are a credit to your profession and fantastic representative. 10/10! “I first heard of John Charcol from LBC Radio legal hour.I first sopke to Stephen Brown in July 2017 with my motgauge needs and selling of my old property,and finaly January 2018 when I was in a position and ready to apply for a mortgage Stephen provided a excellent professional service. In summery,Stephen always took time to listen to my thoughts "first" after provided sound davice with the motgauge application and life insurance with highest standard of care and diligence at all time.Thank You Stephen”
