“Excellent service, fast and efficient. Arranged my mortgage after I had been turned down for an extension by my lender of 30 years. I would recommend you to anybody. First class.”

“Hailey Kow did an excellent job. He got me a very good rate and overcame all the hurdles in what was a complicated mortgage. I found him to be very articulate and he has a positive 'can do' attitude towards the process. Hailey has a detailed knowledge of the market and communicates with a confident and user friendly manner. Highly recommended.”

“We received a very professional and complete service from JC. Sergio was able to source a suitable re-mortgage for us, despite our challenging personal circumstances and he and Katy kept us informed of the progress of our application at all times. All our emails and telephone calls were answered very promptly. Thank you both very much.”

“We have used John Charcol before following an initial chance meeting on a flight to Nice. The Firm is professional and effective and so I trust them. A good deal meeting our requirements was achieved and the John Charcol Staff tracked it all the way keeping us informed and facilitating the Mortgage in a very competent way. We recommend them.”

“Penny Mathers and the team at John Charcol were superb from start to finish. Penny took time to explain all the available options and made sure that we found the very best mortgage for our needs. “I was recommed to John Charcol through a friend as my exsisting mortgage broker was unable to find a mortgage lender who would enable me to take on the mortgage in my name only. I had the pleasure to deal with Hailey Kow who within days found a mortgage lender suitable for me and within weeks and very little effort needed on my behalf I had completed on my new mortgage. I would recommed Hailey Kow to my friends looking for a mortgage as he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Penny Mathers and her team have been superb from start to finish. From our very first consultative meeting with her through to completion she has devoted significant time in the day (and evening) to talking to us either in person or on the phone at every stage of the process. In addition to the work she carried out behind the scenes getting us the best deal, she has coordinated the various stages of the project with colleagues both within and beyond JC and we have felt in very safe hands throughout the process. Jenny (my wife) and I would thoroughly recommend Penny and her team (and indeed this is the second major project we have carried out with JC over the last few years. Many thanks to everyone at that company.”

“Jordan and Molly have helped us in anyway they could. Always there if we needed anything and very quick to respond. They have answered any question we have asked and have always kept us in the picture. Couldn't of asked anything else. Thank you. “Outstanding Service. As first time Buyers we were particularly nervous but this was all put to rest by our Broker. He walked us through the entire process to give us a level of understanding that was void of all jargon surrounding the huge financial commitment Mortgages demand. He met all deadlines he set for us regarding legal documentation being sent out or telephones to be made. John Charcoal will be our first point of call for any future dealings our Mortgage requires. Our Broker was a gentleman by the name of Hailey Kow and he was professional, honest and polite. I extend a great thanks for all services provided by John Charcol.”
