“Penny & Sophia made the whole mortgage process really easy for us, they was really kind and helpful, Penny was excellent in helping us find the best mortgage that suited us the most and Sophia chased the solicitors up regularly & have us feedback to help speed up the process which was great. Thank you both for all your help!”

“Very helpful in identifying the right lender for us and explaining the different steps to take up to completion. Smooth handover from Eric A to Lucy B after the new mortgage had been arranged in principle. If anything a bit of overkill in the overlap between John Charcol and the solicitors and between phone calls from Southampton duplicating information in emails”

“Found the perfect mortgage to suit our needs. Not easy to match a mortgage to a group of four and yet still achieve excellent repayments. The waves were smoothed for us and when the process hit the doldrums Kat and Tom did whatever was necessary to speed things along via their contacts within the bank. We have absolute confidence in this team and would not hesitate to seek their expertise in future. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who happens to be looking for a mortgage.”
