“This is the third time John Charcol has found me a mortgage. Each time the process has been quick and simple and entirely stress free. Andrew and Katie kept me informed at every step of the way and the whole process was exceptionally smooth. Good service, low fee, stress-free transaction low cost mortgage - what's not to like?”

“Absolutely incredible service by Kiran and her team. We were originally using another mortgage advisor company and thankfully we switched to Kiran, she supplied us with the most exceptional service you could ask for. Kiran understood the stress of buying a house and took the time to understand our personal situation. I felt Kiran genuinely cared and was communicative at all times - she definitely went the extra mile. I am so sincerely grateful for Kiran’s service and if anyone has the opportunity to deal with her, you can be assured she will do her very best to get the best possible outcome. Although there is a charge for their services, this is minor compared to the service they provide. My family and I are so appreciative of Kiran and her team and thank her so much for her time and efforts. I have no concerns about recommending this company.”

“Great Service, would highly recommend. Having recently used Charlotte Adams at John Charcol for my mortgage, they were the only broker who took all information at the first call and went away to get the best product for me. Keeping me updated all along the way, even out of hours or from home! Very happy and impressed and will definitely be using when it comes to my remortgage date”

My advisor, Jessica, was extremely knowledgeable, very understanding of my circumstances and tailored a mortgage perfectly to suit my needs. She also found me a mortgage with one of the top providers, who I did not think I would be able to go through until I went through John Charcol.”

“I have previously used Michael at JC before, and his service was excellent as usual. My application this time was very complex with some difficult hurdles, however Michael still found me a great product and supported me throughout the whole process. I managed to get the mortgage I required and not only was the product competitive but also I was always kept up to date as we progressed. I will definitely using Michael again.”
