“What a brilliant service again from John Charcol. We have just completed today after many months of delays and throughout that time our contact Fiona Allan has chased solicitors, estate agents even the Land Registry to move things along. She was brilliant. The initial search for the right product and several changes of property before we settled on this one, were handled super efficiently particularly when we needed quick feedback to secure our offer. I will definitely use John Charcol again in the future and would highly recommend them.”

“Remortgaging at any time can be stressful and make you feel your age. Particularly in later life! However, the attentive and kind help that Sabbi Rahman and Cristian Lupu gave me, made the whole process painless. They thoroughly searched the market and came up with several options - and I picked one that is just perfect. Throughout the process, Sabbi and Cristian kept me in the loop and were perfectly charming. A big thank you from me and my wife. We now feel a few years younger!”

“Having been very let down by my bank, with whom I had my mortgage and who I have banked with for 20+ years, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Jess at Charcol. Such a "can-do" attitude, she sorted out in 3 days what my bank had failed to sort in 3 months. Very pleased - and wioll be using John Charcol for all my mortgage needs in future.”

“A very helpful company from beginning to end . No stone left unturned . No question however small was too much trouble and very speedy in their replies.
