“I was introduced to Raza by a friend of mine, I previously spoke to him about a BTL last year but didn't progress through. I contacted him mid Aug 2024 with a complex income scenario after viewing a beautiful home, he assured me there could be something he can help with. Throughout the last 4 weeks, Raza has been incredibly resourceful, friendly and pushed for the best product and always kept me in the loop. Despite the small setbacks with the lender with pursing every single piece of documentation and requirements being nailed down to a T, we FINALLY got an offer today. I cannot thank Raza and John Charcol enough, it is a dream come true to get the offer letter through to help secure our forever home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!”

“Dan was not only very efficient but very personable. He was able to find insurance covers that other brokers could not, due to being expats. Would happily recommend Dan to anyone who is unsure of the different options available as he helps explain in plain language the pros and cons clearly.”

“Before coming to John Carcoal we faced great difficulties with our mortgage, speaking to other mortgage brokers. There was only 1 person who can help us and that was Mark. So grateful to have found him. As always, he is clear, precise and just so easy to work with. Quick responses, advice based on experience and we never felt any question was too much of an ask. Not only did he help us with our mortgage, he supported us and reduced our stress load by tonnes. He has our highest recommendation and fully trust him when we return to him in the future. Mark and his team provide a top class service from emails to phone calls, it is proffessional, friendly and organised.”

“I contacted Paul to see if he can help us with a new mortgage as we are buying our next home. He got back to me straight away (on a Sunday). After a phone call the following day to assess our needs he found us a mortgage and it was approved within 1 day. The communication was fantastic and he kept me updated every step of the way. When the mortgage rate dropped he applied for the cheaper rate, it was agreed and he let me know the good news the same day. Paul has removed so much stress from buying a house and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you Paul”

“Stephen Brown could not have been a more attentive, readily available, invested broker, who made our stressful 9 month flat purchase as smooth as possible. One of us nearing the end of a fixed term contract, and the other having just started a new role, we were a bit awkward on paper, but Stephen found the perfect lender for us and got our mortgage over the line just in time. He spent countless hours over the months checking in, explaining things to us as first time buyers, and helping us fill in forms etc. Just before we completed, he was able to secure a better rate and update the contract which was great. We would honestly recommend Stephen to everyone and anyone! Thank you so much Stephen, we could not have done it without you!”

“Paul Corcoran I highly recommend Paul's services. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my mortgage was sorted, including the best mortgage rate available. I love the fact that I don't need to go to his office for a face-to-face meeting with him and everything can be sorted over a call, as my work schedule is very volatile. He is very competent in what he does, both mortgage and insurance. Always goes the extra mile to get your best possible deal. My contacts in need of a mortgage advisor will be directed straight to Paul.”
