“This was our first property purchase. Hazvi was really helpful with explaining the mortgage process in full, advising us as we started to get familiar with the process and then helping us get a great offer. Tom set us up with mortgage protection and he was so helpful with providing illustrations and discussing our options with us. Both were very informative and responded to our many queries throughout the process, which helped to ease our anxieties along the way. I would highly recommend them!”

“I cannot recommend Iain Pithers of John Charcol highly enough. Our first enquiry to Iain more than two years ago and he has kept in contact and advised and mentored us ever since, until we were ready to move. A challenging set of circumstances for a mortgage application (age, ex-patriate, etc.) and Iain Pithers always optimistic; always ready to share invaluable personal experience advice. “John Charcol have been life-savers for me. Both the mortgage team (Sophia) and Ryan Goodall and Emma Moore from the Life Insurance team have been absolutely outstanding. Super-efficient, competent, knowledgeable, creative, responsive, kind, very patient and have gone above & beyond in sorting out brilliantly both these areas of my life which were more complicated than the average case. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without them. Whatever commission they make from the service providers is more than deserved. I cannot recommend them highly enough”

“Having been trapped in an interest only mortgage for years and my husband nearing retirement age, I was extremely worried about securing a repayment mortgage with only a 4 year term remaining and nowhere near enough funds to clear the balance. Ezra was a breath of fresh air from day 1. He contacted me the very same day I submitted an enquiry and kept me advised every step of the way. He always answered my emails the same day and was extremely reassuring. He said from day 1 that he would be able to get a mortgage and 6 weeks later we've completed! Thanks also to Louise for all her help and support through the actual remortgage process. I would not hesitate to contact either of you again for any future help I need. You are both a credit to this organisation. Thank You”

“Athavan was a fantastic broker for me spanning an eventual house purchase that involved two subsequent transactions falling through due to various issues unrelated to the mortgage. On each occasion Athavan provided advice, researched multiple options, and laboriously explored various details of mortgages to secure me the best offering to meet my requirements. He did this multiple times within each of the aborted purchases as my situation changed and gave 100% of his attention each time. He is extremely polite, professional, and timely in his dealings and I would recommend him to anyone wishing to get a mortgage especially if they have challenging requirements like I did having been out of contract for a while and therefore not falling within run off the mill brokering solutions. Thanks Athavan.”
