“We have had a challenging mortgage process, but Fiona Allen went way 'above and beyond' getting it done and completed on time. The rate was really competitive, but more than that, Fiona's persistence, patience, and generally really helpful approach just made a fraught process much more bearable. Thank you so much!”

“Sabbi explained the whole process in simple terminology and explained what would be happening. He went above and beyond to find me the best rates and kept me informed of what was happening. He worked out of hours to call me when I couldn't take calls during my work time. What a star :)”

“We have used John Charcol since we bought our first property in 2009. They provide an excellent, no hassle service and Sener Topal who is our advisor is excellent at providing all the information, ensuring everything runs to time and provides clarity at all levels. Would highly recommend!”

“Made the process so much easier for us! It was a complex mortgage case and we didn't really know where to start - Nicole still helped us find a value for money mortgage that worked for us both. “What an amazing service! Not only would we highly recommend, but we shall definitely use John Charcol again. Staff went above and beyond with helpful advice and to ensure everything went smoothly for our house purchase. I really couldn't ask for more. A joy to deal with, especially when the auction house and seller's solicitors were so difficult. A huge thank you to Randeep, Tiara and Hayley (who clearly demonstrate that organisations can communicate), with particular thanks to Tiara for her late night and short notice support.”

“A big thank you to Harris and Toni at John Charcol. Harris quickly sourced the mortgage and Toni monitored the progress. Toni was on the case and pushed things through with continuous updates. “as a returning customer, customer service at john charcoal has always been excellent. I have dealt with Randeep Sodhi on two occasions and he is an outstanding advisor, who will find solutions to any problem, is efficient and incredibly helpful. “Nicole Leng and Holly Grant are excellent employees who are a credit to John Charcoal. They are very professional and don’t stop until the work is done. They have recently completed on 2 remortgage deals and they took all the worry out of it for my husband and I. They continued to keep us updated and explaining along the way where we were and next stages etc.”

“How excellent are this company. Jessica found us a great deal and kept us informed all the way through. Once everything was agreed Tom took over and followed through to completion. “Smooth as silk on a batch of mortgages. Make sure you have all the information to hand as lenders are very probing of course these days. Jake F and Tom C were 100% on the ball Excellent products that fitted my very fussy needs exactly and precisely.”
