“I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were exceptional in every way. I dealt with Shaun Boyle and Emma Moores who were fantastic. I’d dealt with another company who were terrible and to see the contrast of how professionally and efficiently they handled things was incredible. The fee was negligible in how much I saved and I would happily recommend to any friends/ family. Thank you.”

“Highly recommend, worth every penny! Gordon B, Scott H and Daniel S were diligent and thorough from start through to completion. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated their patience, breadth of knowledge and care from helping us find the best mortgage to helping us select the right level of personal insurance/financial protection. In addition to being on top of everything, they maintained excellent communication between our solicitors, the estate agents, and ourselves, passing on key information and offering assistance wherever possible. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family, thank you!”

“Found ourselves in need of a Bridging Loan to enable us to complete a new build property. Our initial research on how to go about this showed that this was not going to be an easy task but so glad we came across such a professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. Tiara Hardy provided us with excellent advice and found us a provider that came up with an offer which we accepted. Emily Gould, and Rebekah Starks who was available if Emily was out of the office, was tenacious in following up with underwriter and our solicitor to enable a relative calm in a roller coaster ride caused by the meltdown in the recent financial proceedings. Thank you so much to you all !! Have to give 5 Stars but would give 10 out of 5 if the scale allowed. Mervyn and Sally”

“Refreshingly fantastic service. Our case wasn't straight forward at all and Hayley McShane was most helpful and managed to find us good options. Spoke to few brokers before contacting John Charcol, some of which we dealt with in the past and they couldn't help. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and recommend to others.”

“So I found John Charcol from a Google search, so felt I was taking a risk. However I cannot speak more highly about their professional service throughout the entire process. From the start communication was exceptional. A special thank you to our broker Indrit and relations manager Reanne. Both exceptional individuals in terms of professionalism, support and guidance. Keep up the tremendous work. If you are looking for a specialist mortgage from a broker, then I cannot recommend them enough.”

“The team were very helpful under very stressful circumstances. A big thank you to Darren and especially to Emily Gould who was a shining light on the darkest of days - full of positivity, bright and cheerful and always came back with any information I was lacking from my uncommunicative solicitor as to progress. “Incredible service with Andrew Mussai. As a first time buyer, I knew nothing about the mortgage process but Andrew made the entire process so easy for me. He was super reliable and his communication was brilliant from start to finish, securing me a 5 year fixed mortgage at an incredibly volatile time in the market. Thank you Andrew! “I have dealt with a lot of broker representatives over forty years., but I must say that Kevin Lachasseigne of J.Charcol is the most dedicated to his job I have come across, moreover he comes across as genuine. even ringing you out of the blue to check everything is OK with details etc. I've never seen that before. I will definitely be using and recommending He and his Company in the future.”
