“I am very pleased with the services provided by John Charcoal which helped me arrange 3 mortgages already, for residential and BTL properties. They carefully select a suitable product and provide excellent communication during the process. Last time I tried to use an on-line broker to save on fees and as a result I wasted a lot of time, effort and got two offers rejected by lenders' underwriters. John Charcoal stepped in on my request, and managed to help most efficiently - I got my remortgage in the shortest span of time thus allowing me to avoid expensive SVR rates. If you value your time and want results with your mortgage application seek support from John Charcoal. You will win in the end.”

“As a freelancer I decided to use a broker to assist me with my mortgage application and thanks to the excellent service and professional approach the process and experience was very straightforward. Importantly the mortgage that I have just successfully completed thanks to John Charcol was highly competitive and ideal for my needs. I would like to thank Olga Raine and Tom Clifford for their efficient and attentive service throughout the process from application and throughout the conveyancing to completion. Their handling of the application process throughout has been exemplary. This is the second time I have used John Charcol in securing a mortgage and I would definitely seek their assistance again as needed.”

“My experience with John Charcol has been excellent. I work in Saudi Arabia, therefore, purchasing a UK property came with some complications, my broker Sarah Teff was able to guide me through the whole process and offered sound advice. I had added complications due to 2 purchases falling through, Sarah and my Client Relationship Manager- Katy Swift provided support and advice and kept in contact with me all through the process, my 3rd choice of house was a successful purchase. The level of customer care and support from Sarah & Katy went above and beyond anything I expected and have experienced. I had a very positive experience obtaining a mortgage through John Charcol, which while working overseas is not always easy. I would definitely recommend using this company.”

“You could search and apply for mortgages directly with the various providers. However, I would use J Charcol again in future. They did find the one mortgage company that met our needs and helped make the process easier by communicated really well along the way, at every stage. They nicely prompted when documents needed signing, returning, copying etc. and updated me regularly. So although you pay for their service I think it is a fair price to pay for a smoother and less stressful mortgage application process. Thank you.”
