“Ok. Problem. I asked for £15,000 advance from remortgage, and due to costs I ended up £2500 less than I asked for, including you fee, mortgage arrangement fee, freehold permissions, solicitors fees etc. This should have been accounted for by my broker. That you?”

“I had excellent advice and support from Penny Howes, helping me through what turned out to be a rather more complicated process than either of us had anticipated, and I really appreciate her patience! I also received excellent day-to-day support from Riza Jerusalem and was impressed with the way she checked on progress regularly and was always in touch and available to follow up on anything necessary. Very impressed with the service and will certainly recommend John Charcol to friends and acquaintances.”

“Both Tom and Jake had kept me updated regularly from day 1 to mortgage completion date. Friendly service. It was a rollercoaster ride applying for my Remortgage but they kept at it and gave me other options. We are really happy with the services by Charco and I would come back to them in the near future.
