“John Charcol has been brilliant in assessing my financial needs for a Mortgage, they meticulously worked with me in understanding what I required and searched the market to get me a deal which was suited to my needs. I would like to single out one person in particular, Hemel Shah, his level of professionalism is second to none. He patiently worked with me through the whole process, and was their every single step, even at times I turned up at his office without an appointment. I would recommend John Charcol to anyone looking for a mortgage or service linked to the housing market.”

“Had great communication in the beginning regarding a mortgage renewal and then nothing. My point of contact was celeste Harris who then just stopped replying to my emails. I emailed to see if she had left and was told she still worked for the company and that she would be in contact but still nothing. Completely let down as they come recommended.”

“Found the best deal, did the negotiations, handled all the paperwork, chased up all parties. The new regime on affordability means lenders want to know your inside leg measurement. Was glad I had an intermediary to protect me from the bureaucratic BS.”

“I did the full phone call to remortgage (nearly an hour), emailed all the paperwork, emailed after a month to ask what's happening....no response. Seems I have completely wasted my time with JC. Pointless.”
