“I used Paul's services via John Charcol to remortgage my main home - I found paul to be very efficient and knowledgeable in finding me the right lender that suited my requirements; thus the remortgage application process was very smooth. Paul was at all times very professional during the remortgage process - keeping me informed and updated at all times. I have already recommended Paul to friends and family and would not hesitate to use his services again.”

“Never use this company. We were completely misadvised, verbally instructed to pay for a survey that was not required. We were then told that the advisor was 'no longer with the compny' and John Charcoal took no responsibilty for the incorrect advice nor compensated us for cost of survey as no written proof could be provided.”

“Fantastic service from Josh and David. David was super helpful helping me review my current life insurance and finding me a more suitable quote. We really helped me to understand the process and did all the work for me! Thanks David. Josh has been a superstar helping us fix our mortgage rate, his communication has been exceptional throughout. “John Charcol (LEIGHA R MCSHANE), I cannot recommend this broker enough!!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Leigha R McShane and had a fantastic experience working alongside her to secure a mortgage on the property we were purchasing. Leigha's consistent professionalism and awesome service ensured our journey in purchasing a property was stress free and smooth sailing. We did hit a few standstills with our lender which Leigha was able to resolve instantly, within the same day on all occasions by referring us to the relevant companies to have checks completed which were required by the lender. Throughout the whole process Leigha was a star as she supported us from application to completion and provided us with updates almost daily. Leigha, also supported us with arranging life cover and building insurance which proved how knowledgeable she was and clearly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in order to complete ASAP. Me & my Family can't thank you enough for all the support you have provided and we all look forward to working with you again in future. Thanks Again !!!!!”

“My husband and I couldn't be more grateful that Gareth picked up our call on Saturday morning when our previous mortgage adviser told us that we can't afford our dream house. Gareth secured a mortgage for us just in two working days. When we changed our source of our deposit, we thought the mortgage lender would pull out, luckily Gareth contacted with the lender again and issued a new mortgage offer with good rates. We can't thank Gareth enough to help us out with the whole process.”

“Daniel Spragg recently helped me with a new mortgage and a life insurance product. I was absolutely delighted with the level of service provided from Daniel. From minute one, he was attentive, very knowledgeable and did exactly what he promised, which is all that can be asked for of any professional service. “I have just completed on my house purchase and am delighted with the service I received from Victoria Todd at John Charcol. This is the second time I have asked for her help, and on each occasion she went the extra mile to deliver prompt, excellent advice. We had to change the requirements halfway through, and she has always been able to adapt or make helpful suggestions.
