“Ryan Goodall was a pleasure to speak to. He got back to me promptly on all occasions and was infinitely understanding when I had to cancel a few times and re-arrange last minute on one occasion. He also reminded me in a very nice fashion to read the paperwork to move the process on. 10/10”

“Micheal Williams is by far the best mortgage advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s very knowledgeable, there wasn’t any questions I had that he could not answer and nothing was too much trouble. He kept me updated at every stage and I feel he took the time to share his expertise and got the best possible deal available that suited my situation. The whole transaction was smooth, stress free and delivered on time. I will never use anybody but Michael in the future.”

“We were really impressed with the advice and guidance of our mortgage broker Shaahid Quinn throughout the process of buying our second home. Shaahid provided excellent advice about the options available to us, which helped us to make an informed choice about the mortgage. Shaahid also went above and beyond by researching issues that came to light regarding the EWS certificate of the property, and we felt very reassured that he had our best interests in mind. “Exceptional from start to finish. David Pudney was brilliant throughout the process. As a first time buyer, he talked me through each step, put me at ease, gave great advice and got me a superb interest rate (given the current climate). I would definitely recommend John Charcol to others and will certainly be going to David again for any future mortgages or renewals.”

“John charcol as a whole of market and Raza Akhter is a wonderful man who went above and beyond to help me in my mortgage application. Even though my case was complicated he really helped to get my mortgage. Before meeting raza 2 mortgage advisor rejected me and said its complicated and you wouldn’t get it. But Raza patiently listened my case and helped me achieve my dream home.”

“I have now twice used John Charcol to first obtain and then refinance a mortgage. Andrew Ireland has looked after us each time and has ensured that the process has run smoothly and assuredly. “We had the pleasure of dealing with Reiss and Bilal for the mortgage of our property, and despite many hurdles and many requests, Reiss and Bilal managed to get this sorted for us! They were always at the end of the phone to assist us and provide us with any answers we needed! They kept us updated regularly throughout and even right up until the sale we got the best mortgage.
