“We we're moving back to the UK from abroad and despite a hefty deposit our bank were reluctant to lend us the mortgage we required. I called John Charcol and Randeep came to the rescue. From the first call Randeep was a much needed voice of calm when it all seemed to be going a bit awry. He secured us a mortgage at a fantastic rate with a high street lender. Worth every penny of the fee. I just wish we'd spoken to John Charcol and Randeep earlier! I know others in very similar situations to us and I will actively recommend you. I look forward to dealing with you at mortgage renewal.”

“Michael Nicholson was recommended to us a while ago but we never got around to getting touch - now I just wish we'd have contacted him straight away. From first contact to completion Michael and Riza Jerusalem have been amazing. We had a great product sourced in a matter of days after providing our details to Michael, he then came out to us to get everything signed and was so genuine I knew then we had made the right choice to use him. Email and telephone updates all along the process and Riza's helpful 'can do' attitude was very much appreciated. This has definitely been the best mortgage application process we have ever gone through, I have not once had to contact Michael or Riza to chase anything - they were completely on it! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them (in fact we were already doing so even before completion because we knew they were great)! Thank you so much for a super efficient and stress free process.”

“Kiran & Riza were my brokers, my situation was very difficult 1. Grade 2 listed property 2. Company Director 3. Large downpayment (proof of income etc) stressful.com / however Kiran & Riza were simply a joy to work with. Usually we the clients have to chase the brokers, not on this occasion Kiran & Riza called or emailed continually with updates, never once did they seem to let their feet off the gas, 3/4 months - several lenders and still they delivered exactly what i wanted with a great deal from the lender, I sincerely wouldn't even bother talking to another broker next time, i'll be straight on the phone to Kiran & Riza, as you can tell am a very happy customer, they simply delivered for me & my family, i hope the owner i.e Mr John Charcol give's them a bonus they were simply that good & i hope they are appreciated within the company, good people are hard to find. Need a broker ask for Kiran or Riza, you can't go wrong with those too on your side. From Brian a very happy client.”

“Just want to put on record that the service provided by Kiran Singh at Southampton office was superb! Ours was not an easy case, both late 50's and self employed but she sourced a mortgage that suited within a day and she and her team were in regular contact until we exchanged 2 weeks ago; we complete tomorrow and I have to say that the mortgage aspect was made so much easier knowing that Kiran had our backs! Well done guys!”

“I turned to Stephen Brown at John Charcol after enduring huge difficulties with another broker, which left me working with sub-prime lenders at poor rates and demands of ever increasing amounts of deposit, which I did not have... Within two weeks, Stephen had reprocessed and appealed my application and got me an amazing deal with Halifax (which I was told by the former broker, wasn't possible). Would heartily recommend working with Stephen, he completely sorted the situation for me!”
