“This was the second time that I'd worked with John Charcol and in each case Sener handled the mortgage application brilliantly. Sener and Lucy were always on hand to discuss my application and were proactive in their communications with me throughout, making the whole process run smoothly despite some complications with my application. “John Charcol had to swoop in when our bank let us down. From the moment i called we had nothing but exceptional service and we closed on our house in a matter of a month. The service was good because the staff looked after me and realised the stress we had with been through. Johan charcol understood how hard the process is and not only did we get the results we wanted, our very own house. We were also looked after so well.”

“I heard of John Charcol from a friend. I didn't have much idea as this was the first time I was looking for mortgage advice. Adviser Adam was super helpful through out. He helped to find the deal suits my needs best. He was very patient with all my queries. Application phase went very smoothly and I got the offer in about 2 weeks. I have already got my keys last week! Here to say a big thank you to Adam and all other staffs helped me from John charcoal through out my purchase!”
