“Very knowledgeable in this field of work, they made my mortgage process seem like a breeze in the park. Very helpful and Dan the advisor was brilliant throughout the whole process. “We used John Charcol’s services for the purchase of our first home. The service was seamless and so easy we were guided through the process and no question we may have had wasn’t answered. “Chris and Sam were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. All phone calls and emails exchanged were professional but personable and as a first time buyer they both made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had throughout the process. I personally had a very unique situation having worked as a seafarer for 10 years and had previously had challenges finding someone to understand my circumstances. However, Chris ensured the process was seamless and easy. I enjoyed my phone exchanges with Samm and felt like I was talking to a friend. I would highly recommend John Charcol and look forward to work with them again for future purchases.”

“To put it concisely, we got everything we wanted, and with great service. Randeep managed my expectations appropriately, under-promised and over-delivered, was available at any time of day for any dumb or random question, with the end result being that I got the mortgage and house I wanted, with most of the stress associated with buying outsourced to him.”

“Oliver guided and helped my partner and I to purchase our first property. We could not be happier with his service. We had a few poor experiences with other mortgage advisors before coming across Oliver. Oliver was incredibly swift to respond to any queries that we had, and kept us fully up to date throughout the process. He was also quick to arrange a mortgage offer extension, due to delays with certain aspects of the contract. Overall, Oliver was with us every step of the way and never let us down. I would totally recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a property.”
