“The team at John Charcol were really supportive throughout the process. Tom listened to our needs and found us a great deal, much cheaper than we had found through our own search. Hayley supported us through the full application and stayed engaged all the way through to completion, she was really communicative and kept us to date working hard to chase the various parties on our behalf. Thank you !”

“I have always been able to put my absolute faith in the team at John Charcol working on my behalf to deliver a financial solution that is tailored to meet our needs , I would like to single out one person in particular though, Kathryn Toomer who has as always been a pleasure to communicate with, my wife and I always felt that whatever the time of day it was, we where her number one priority providing us with a professional and personalised service. We cant thank her enough for her efforts and not just on this occasion, we have now used the services John Charcol provide through Kathryn on numerous occasions.”

“I have used John Charcol before, in the 1990s, and returned to them for a remortgage twenty years later. The telephone service is not as warm as the personal service offered then, but it is equally fast, efficient, and clear. I had my mortgage within a month, and was impressed as before by the knowledge of the team, and the ease with which completion was reached.”

“We needed specialist mortgages as my husband is an expat, whilst I remain in the UK. Charcol offered us the best options and something we could never have found searching the market ourselves. They were professional and personable. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.”

“I have used John Charcol twice now and I honestly think its the most efficient service I have had from any company for anything. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A mortgage company, and linked solicitors that I never have to chase, do what they say when they say, get me a great deal with minimal fuss. I wont use anyone else again now. I am so happy (yet again) with their service.”
