“I had used JC to arrange a Remortgage on my property. From start to finish, I had professional, knowledgeable and courteous team to deal with. The process was explained clearly and user friendly. Always returned any communication on a timely manner. I will always use this firm if I ever needed in the future any mortgage or insurance product as I know I’m dealing with one of the best brokers. “Many ,many thanks Absolutely six stars to reflect the service and tenacity required to finalise My two mortgages.Andrew Bennett and Tom Clifford have worked ceaselessly to first find a mortgage rate that I had not thought possible with my age and circumstances and then bring them to completion through the various solicitors involved. In today’s mortgage market you have no hope without experts such as these.Once again many ,many thanks.”

“I will definitely recommend John Charcol after completing my first mortgage. My advisors Penny Mathers and Sophia Roach were always there for me if i was unsure about anything. “Initial contact with any organisation is perhaps the most crucial moment that influences your impression of who you are dealing with. Jake Cousins was my 'initial contact' and he was an ultimate professional and a credit to your company. “I have worked with Bruce Anderson for a number of years and he continues to give excellent service in an increasingly time consuming process. “I highly recommend John Charcol for arranging a mortgage for expats. The reality is that it's become much more difficult to find a mortgage provider as an expat. John Charcol were extremely diligent and supportive in my case and found the right lender for my circumstances, not an easy task. “It's difficult to think what they could have done better quite frankly. We had a complicated situation being ex-pats and being on a cruise during the critical time to apply for the mortgage. But they looked after every aspect and followed up with the mortgage company at crucial times. I would highly recommend them.”
