“After I placed the order I was contacted by a representative to advise that the product wasn't available and was offered a refund. I chose to wait until the product was available. It eventually arrived with a number of samples enclosed which was appreciated.”

“Dermalogica products great. Would have preferred not to have the free gifts as I have multiple allergies. Disappointed at the packaging - not environmentally friendly / cannot be recycled.”

Dear Customer, we are confused about the environmentally friendly packaging as the Boxes, Filling and also the Tape we use for all our orders are all 100% Environmentally Friendly. If you are referring to the Gift with Purchase and all the Free Samples that all our customers receive, then we do give the choice to our customers to add a note when they checkout stating that they would prefer not to receive any Free Gifts or Free Samples with their order. Professional advice is also available for free if you need to double check a product's ingredients for any allergies. We appreciate your feedback and are going to add a note to your account so that you won't receive any freebies with any of your future orders. Many thanks.

“I bought the eye liner in grey as it's a lot lighter than black for an old er person. I still prefer the pen to the pencil eyes of Horus. The pencil does glide on without pulling. Service was quick”

“I ordered some eye make-up and encountered a small difficulty in putting the order through. Using the chat box the store was able to quickly and helpfully assist me. My order arrived promptly. I've only given 4 stars as I'm still waiting for part of the order which was out of stock at the time, but has been paid for & have not been updated on the situation yet. Would use the store again.”
