Dear Customer, we're happy to know that you enjoyed our service and liked the product. You get 3 samples for free when you sign in to your account. We mention this before the checkout in a few different places. You can place an order without creating an account without any problem, but when you sign in you get free samples, gifts, bonus points and you can even activate any voucher codes, and also many more benefits. The only thing that we ask our customers is to sign in to their account when placing an order for the system to activate all the benefits. “I have used John and Ginger several times for high-end brands (Olaplex / Dr Dennis Gross) and find their service, delivery and interaction very good. They provide mini samples (which a lot of other companies don't), provide speedy secure delivery, send regular updates and provide great customer service. “Alex is an absolute star with advice, care and all out 5-star customer service. As are the whole team. Last time I got the Dermalogica skinperfect primer - excellent stuff; never used face make-up before and this, on it's own gives a lovely all-over smooth tone to the face.
