Dear International Customer, We're sorry that you haven't received your order yet. We sent your order super quickly. Unfortunately, Customs has delayed your order, this is not our choice or our delivery company's choice either. Customs can delay randomly parcels without any warning. 99.9% of our orders get delivered super quickly without any problems, we haven't heard anything from you before this, so we assumed your parcel has arrived without any problem.
