Dear International Customer, We're sorry that you haven't received your order yet. We sent your order super quickly. Unfortunately, Customs has delayed your order, this is not our choice or our delivery company's choice either. Customs can delay randomly parcels without any warning. 99.9% of our orders get delivered super quickly without any problems, we haven't heard anything from you before this, so we assumed your parcel has arrived without any problem. Dear Customer, this is the very first time that we heard from you about your order not being received. Please check with your family or colleagues. As Royal Mail Tracking Service confirms very clearly on their website that your parcel was delivered on Friday 10th December 2021 at 12:49 (You'll be able to see the name of the person who delivered the parcel and the coordinates where it was left, they match your delivery address exactly). For the record, it only took 56 hours to arrive from placing your order and choosing our Free Standard Delivery Service until it was left at your delivery address. “Firstly Great service from John and Ginger. Thought I’d try the brown Mascara for a change as I often wear brown eyeliner. Very quick delivery used it quite a few times now pleased to say it doesn't clog really makes a difference to my lashes. I know I'll reorder this item. Best Mascara ever, thoroughly recommend.”
