“I buy from John & Ginger as they are recognised by Dermalogica as an authorised seller of their products. I know I'm getting the real thing and the price is less than some other suppliers. I also like the free samples and extra bonus samples you get with your purchases.”

Thank you for leaving such a positive and helpful review. I can see that your order was shipped the same day it was placed, however it was during the time that Royal Mail were on strike over Christmas so parcels did take a few days longer to reach their destination.

“I bought the eye liner in grey as it's a lot lighter than black for an old er person. I still prefer the pen to the pencil eyes of Horus. The pencil does glide on without pulling. Service was quick”

“I ordered some eye make-up and encountered a small difficulty in putting the order through. Using the chat box the store was able to quickly and helpfully assist me. My order arrived promptly. I've only given 4 stars as I'm still waiting for part of the order which was out of stock at the time, but has been paid for & have not been updated on the situation yet. Would use the store again.”
