Dear Kelly, we have been communicating with you by our normal customer care email address and sent you trial sizes of the product until the manufacturer started again in the UK, as we explained. We believed from your emails that you were happy with our service so far. I checked our email system and found your latest email sent to a nonreply email address, that's why we didn't read your latest email, as we were communicating via customercare and also your email was sent Friday after working hours, we're picking up our emails today, Tuesday, after the bank holiday. Your refund has already be sent. Once again, apologies for the delay. Please note that our customer care team is open at normal office working hours. Many thanks for your feedback.

“Always love receiving my purchases from John and Ginger. I’ve been a customer for many years now and don’t want to set up an account but feel a little frustrated that I’m not recognised as a long term repeat loyal customer because of that. But I like the site and the service so it’s a minor thing really.”

“Great, fast service. The products are packaged with great care. A big plus are the three trial products that I could choose with the purchase. The order arrived just on the day of my birthday and made me very happy. The order was sent immediately, but it took time to reach Serbia, but it was also very fast. I recommend. I apologize for bad English, I'm from Serbia.”
