As we explained in our telephone call, the loose powder is not the same as the refill, which is why it wouldn't fit, however I am glad that you are still happy to keep the product that you purchased. “Item as described when finally received. Slight 'hiccup' in that initially it got lost in the post and hadn't arrived within the specified deadline. However, on contacting John and Ginger they immediately re-sent the item, which arrived within two days.”
